Job Summary and Responsibilities
As the Program Manager - Pathway Home Ruby/Coronado, you will be responsible for overseeing the program's daily operations, ensuring continuity of care and services, and providing supervision and support to assigned staff. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration and coordination between PATH agency resources and partnering agencies
- Conducting individual and team supervision, performance evaluations, and providing support and guidance to staff
- Ensuring that services emphasize trauma-informed care, client safety, and harm reduction interventions
- Responding to emergency calls and situations as required by the contract and organization
- Assisting in the screening, assessment, and enrollment of clients in a range of services
- Ensuring accurate and timely data collection, record-keeping, and reporting

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Three (3) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services, or working with vulnerable populations
- One (1) year of supervisory experience in homeless services or a related social services field
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services, or working with vulnerable populations
- Have employment eligibility verification
- Be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training
- Successfully complete a tuberculosis test, background screening, and drug test as a condition of hire
Driving Requirements
Driving is an essential function of this position. To meet the employment requirements for this role, all candidates must:
- Have reliable transportation
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Provide proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties
- Be able to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage
