With a culture that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, we're committed to fostering an environment that inspires growth and innovation. **Position Purpose** As a Product Principal - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for connecting strategies and defining scope across multiple product teams and domains. Your primary focus will be on delivering business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction through the production of high-quality products. You'll work closely with Product Directors and cross-functional program leaders to guide in-depth business reviews, communicate, and present across all levels of the organization. **Key Responsibilities** Your key responsibilities will include: * **Delivery and Execution (10%):** + Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope is known and aligned. + Review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products align with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities. * **Strategy and Planning (60%):** + Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes. + Cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs. + Lead cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams. + Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams (inputs for planning sessions). + Provide visibility of work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies. * **Team and Stakeholder (30%):** + Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. + Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments. + Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience. **Direct Manager/Direct Reports** * This position typically reports to a Director. * This position has 0 direct reports. **Travel Requirements** * Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time. **Physical Requirements** * Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is frequent opportunity to move about. * On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles. **Working Conditions** * Located in a comfortable indoor area.
