**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our Quality Assurance and Process Improvement team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and quality
* Suggest and implement process/system improvements to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
* Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them
* Collaborate with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
* Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes
* Develop and implement process improvement plans to achieve process goals
* Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)
* 2+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)
* 5+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or a related field
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
* Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
