Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our Pricing Analytics & Operations team in a work-from-home capacity. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. This role involves auditing operations teams' & system outputs, suggesting and implementing process/system improvements, and identifying emerging process performance trends. You will be responsible for auditing, tracking, and maintaining the quality metrics of assigned processes. The individual will interact with the business, automation & technology teams to help drive operational and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
* Suggest and implement process/system improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
* Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
* Audit, track, and maintain the quality metrics of assigned processes
* Interact with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve process goals and objectives
* Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures
* Provide training and support to team members on process improvements and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, operations, analytics)
* 2+ years of experience in a process improvement or operations role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g. business, operations, analytics)
* 5+ years of experience in a process improvement or operations role
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau)
* Certification in a related field (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean)
* Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
