**Job Summary**
As a Process Associate on our Pricing Analytics & Operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. You'll be responsible for auditing and improving processes, identifying emerging trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities**
* Audit and track quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Identify emerging process performance trends and suggest process improvements to drive operational excellence
* Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to implement process improvements and drive system enhancements
* Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials to ensure seamless handovers and knowledge sharing
* Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, analytics)
* 2+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related field
