**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician Data Entry, Customer Service (Overnight) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of medication orders in our closed-door pharmacy. You will work closely with our pharmacist team to verify prescriptions, enter orders, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients and their families. **Day in the Life**
As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician Data Entry, Customer Service (Overnight) at arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:
* Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process
* Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
* Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
* Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner
* Providing dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
* Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

**Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
* One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following skills and experience are preferred:
* Prior experience in the long-term care industry
* PTCB National Certification
* Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
