**About the Role**
As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry & Customer Service (2nd Shift) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our front-end pharmacy team. You'll be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. **A Day in the Life**
As a Front End Pharmacy Technician, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing a supportive and innovative environment for all members. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:
* Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
* Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
* Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner
* Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
* Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

**Required Qualifications**
* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
* One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience in the long-term care industry
* PTCB National Certification
* Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
