**Responsibilities**
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
* Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing expert guidance and support.
* Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
* Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications, including reporting and data management.
* Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications, providing clear and concise information.
* Adapting to changing processes and needs of various clients, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
* Performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions.
* Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and collaborative attitude.
**Nice-to-Haves**
