**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time, weekend schedule. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home on alternating weekends, enjoying a 4-day, 10-hour weekly schedule. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies, ensuring accurate and timely medication benefits assignment. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network
* Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications
* Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate medication benefits assignment
* Supporting client needs on requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data
* Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems
* Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients
* Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on topics related to claimant medications
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 3+ years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Familiarity with and experience working as part of a dedicated team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents such as letters and reports
* Strong understanding of proper telephone etiquette and customer service skills
* Exceptional editing, grammar, and spelling skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly
**Preferred Qualifications**
