We are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner * Processing transactions, including registering sales, collecting cash, and dispensing change * Maintaining accurate records, including patient and medication data, and processing voids, returns, and exchanges * Assisting pharmacists with tasks, such as entering patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions * Reporting any medication errors or discrepancies to the pharmacist and adhering to careerzynith's policies and procedures * Handling customer calls, including those to doctors, and processing manual cases for external program remedy services * Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including counters, shelves, and stock areas * Participating in stock management activities, such as ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications * Building and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special designs * Assisting with the division of food items and product placement, as determined by strategies and methods * Providing customer support in the photo area, including digital identification photo services, banner print, and creative machine services * Taking on web pick-up responsibilities, including screening orders, processing requests, and delivering orders to customers * Participating in outside and inside maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and well-maintained store environment and appearance **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours * Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Familiarity with store systems and hardware **Preferred Qualifications:** * 6 months of experience in a retail environment * Previous work experience with careerzynith * Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions * Proficiency in computer skills * Knowledge of store stock control * PTCB certification **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** careerzynith offers a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: * Professional development and training programs * Continuing education credits and certifications * Opportunities for advancement and career growth * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Work Environment and Company Culture:** careerzynith is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration.
