**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Register sales on assigned sales register, collect cash, and disburse change as needed; process voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades as required
* Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication data, and process prescriptions with precision and attention to detail
* Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences
* Perform tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Supervisor, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions
* Report any prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures regarding prescription errors and the Quality Improvement Program
* Handle calls that do not require individual attention from the pharmacist, including those to doctors
* Process (revised and resubmitted) manual cases for external program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director
* Assist and support the Pharmacy Division on stock management activities, including ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications
* Maintain knowledge of arenaflex's resource security methods and record claims for distribution center overages (stock received, but not charged), deficiencies (stock charged, but not received), order errors, or damaged products, including Rx medications
* Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances (e.g., cocktails and tobacco products)
* Build and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special designs, and complete resets and corrections as directed
* Assist with the division of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies/methods (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)
* Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment
* Provide customer support in the photo area, including digital identification photo services, banner print, and creative machine, and the sale of special photo items
* Take on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests, and delivers requests to customers as they arrive at the store)
* Assist with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-organized store environment and appearance
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with colleagues
* Complete special tasks and other assignments as directed
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain accurate records and process prescriptions with precision and attention to detail
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Six months of experience in a retail environment
* Previous work experience with arenaflex
* Strong numerical skills, with the ability to fill prescriptions precisely, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
* Proficiency in computer skills
* Knowledge of store stock control
* PTCB certification
