**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain accurate records and data, including patient and medication information, using arenaflex's pharmacy systems
* Assist pharmacists with tasks such as filling prescriptions, counting and pouring medications, and verifying medication accuracy
* Perform administrative tasks, including processing manual claims and handling customer inquiries
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and regulations
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
* 1+ year of experience in a retail or healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including arenaflex's pharmacy systems
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues and make sound decisions
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Previous experience working with arenaflex or in a similar retail or healthcare environment
* Strong numerical and mathematical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
* Experience with store stock control and inventory management
* Familiarity with arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and quality assurance
