**Key Responsibilities**
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Customer Experience**
+ Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
+ Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
+ Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
* **Operations**
+ Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
+ Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items.
+ Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested.
+ Perform duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information.
* **Training & Personal Development**
+ Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration.
+ Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate and acquire continuing education credits.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* **Basic Qualifications**
+ Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
+ Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
* **Preferred Qualifications**
+ Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
+ Prefer prior work experience with arenaflex.
+ Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
+ Prefer good computer skills.
+ Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
+ Prefer PTCB certification.
