**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting and servicing a wide range of personal lines accounts, responding to client calls, and quoting and rating new clients. **Responsibilities**
As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers and provide exceptional service to each and every one. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting and servicing a wide range of personal lines accounts, including property and casualty insurance
* Responding to client calls about policy changes, updates, and coverage questions
* Quoting and rating new clients, account renewals, and cross sales opportunities
* Exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* A Property and Casualty license
* 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance with an independent insurance agency
* Experience using Applied EPIC
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and related software
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience working with diverse customer populations and providing culturally sensitive service
