**What to Expect as a Patient Care Customer Service Representative at arenaflex**
As a Patient Care Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Contacting patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, and verifying patient information
* Accurately transcribing patient profiles over the telephone and performing data entry
