**Job Summary**
As a Patient Care Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our patients, responding to phone inquiries, and addressing their concerns with care and empathy. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to patient phone inquiries and address their concerns with care, detail, and empathy
* Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits better by using your knowledge, problem-solving skills, and support from your team
* Document all patient interactions in real-time, using your expert listening skills to get to the heart of a patient's question quickly
* Identify and empathetically address patient concerns, escalating appropriately when necessary
* Collaborate with our team to ensure patients receive the best possible advice and support
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus preferred
* 1 year of relevant customer care experience
* Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge
* Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Flexibility to work specified shift and extended hours as necessary

* College or Junior College education with a healthcare focus
* Medical Terminology training
* Pharmacy or Benefits training
