**Key Responsibilities**
As a Patient Care Advocate, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to phone inquiries from patients, addressing their concerns with empathy and care
* Helping patients understand their pharmacy benefits, using your knowledge and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions
* Documenting patient interactions in real-time, ensuring accurate and timely communication
* Identifying and addressing patient concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure optimal care

**What You Should Have**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* A College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus (preferred)
* At least 1 year of relevant customer care experience
* Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge, including the ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary
