**Key Responsibilities**
As a part-time Success Coach, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Building strong relationships with families and Au Pairs from various backgrounds, fostering a sense of community and understanding.
* Providing insightful guidance and support to families throughout the matching process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
* Clarifying policies, regulations, and program guidelines to Host Families and Au Pairs, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
* Conducting in-home family interviews and visits to ensure comprehension of program requirements and expectations.
* Facilitating in-home orientations upon the arrival of new Au Pairs, helping them settle into their new environment.
* Engaging in regular communication with families and Au Pairs, both via phone and in person, to address their needs and concerns.
* Organizing regular in-person cultural events for Au Pairs to foster community and cultural exchange.
* Collaborating with headquarters staff to address the needs of families and Au Pairs, ensuring seamless communication and support.
* Building meaningful personal connections with families and Au Pairs, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
* Executing targeted marketing initiatives in coordination with headquarters, promoting the Au Pair Program and attracting new families and Au Pairs.
* Managing crisis situations and conflicts promptly and professionally, resolving issues in a fair and respectful manner.
* Assisting families and Au Pairs with conflict resolution and issue management, providing guidance and support when needed.

**Compensation and Benefits**
As an independent contractor, you'll receive compensation based on the number of active families you represent. For an area with six active families, you'll dedicate approximately 1.4 hours weekly, with a projected annual income of up to $4,500. By growing your roster to at least eleven families, your weekly hours could increase to 3.0, leading to an estimated yearly income of $9,300. Payment is issued monthly for services rendered in the prior month, with an hourly equivalent of roughly $60, subject to variation based on client alterations throughout the year.
