**The Opportunity**
As an HSN Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound calls. You will be responsible for:
* Answering customer calls in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
* Providing product information and recommendations to customers
* Processing customer orders and resolving payment issues
* Analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**What You Bring**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls
* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
* Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual Spanish speaking skills
* Experience working in a virtual environment
* Familiarity with HSN computer systems and software
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT when necessary

**System Requirements**
To ensure a great experience for our customers, our Work at Home Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:
* Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
* Headset compatible with HSN specifications (HSN reimburses $75 for headset)
* High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
* Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
