**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* **Data Entry and Maintenance**: Accurately and efficiently enter, update, and maintain data within our systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* **Data Analysis**: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and improve healthcare outcomes.
* **Reporting and Compliance**: Generate reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
* **Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with internal teams, including stock, estimating, marketing, finance, store brands, store configuration, advertising, and store operations, to ensure seamless data exchange and collaboration.
* **Continuous Learning**: Stay up-to-date with changes in the industry, research client preferences, provider costs, and market trends to inform business decisions and improve healthcare outcomes.
**Required Capabilities**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* **Retail Math Experience**: Working knowledge of retail math concepts and demonstrated application.
* **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and some experience with data entry software or other data management tools.
* **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and analysis.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
