You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email * Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process * Investigate discrepancies as they arise * Complete additional projects as assigned * Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to drive growth and meet common goals * Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our internal systems and processes * Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders **Qualifications** * No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus * Tech experience is strongly preferred * Must be able to read, write, and speak English * High school diploma or GED required * Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy * Exceptional attention to detail * Desire and ability to be a team player * Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office * Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly * Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional results **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
