**Responsibilities**

* **Transferring confidential data**: You will be responsible for transferring confidential data from paper and/or electronic formats into billing software (Timeslips) using a keyboard.
* **Typing in data**: You will be responsible for typing in data provided directly from staff.
* **Verifying data**: You will be responsible for verifying data by comparison/generating reports.
* **Sorting and organizing paperwork**: You will be responsible for sorting and organizing paperwork (electronic and hard copy) following data entry.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* **High School Diploma or equivalent**: You will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.
* **Prior work experience in data entry**: You will need to have prior work experience in data entry to be considered for this role.
* **Preferred work experience in a medical, legal, or insurance claims office**: While not required, prior work experience in a medical, legal, or insurance claims office is preferred.
* **Typing proficiency**: You will need to have strong typing skills, with a preferred level of at least 45 wpm accuracy, no errors.
* **Understanding of internal processes**: You will need to have some understanding of the internal processes of medical facilities and med-legal terminology.
