As a data entry clerk, you will play a vital role in receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing exceptional customer service through timely and accurate updates. This is a permanent part-time opportunity with flexible hours, offering a starting pay of up to $20 per hour, depending on experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat * Open and submit tickets into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review * Review each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk (e.g., problem resolved, coordinated call required) * Email responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status * Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve customer issues efficiently * Stay organized and focused on closing out each ticket quickly to ensure timely resolution of customer issues **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration) preferred * Previous experience in I.T.
