About the Role
As a Customer Success Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in helping us scale to the next level. This position is a unique blend of Customer Success (proactive) and Customer Support (reactive), requiring you to be highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and professional in all communications. You'll be responsible for onboarding new clients, proactively addressing customer issues, and reactively resolving problems as they arise. What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Monitoring real-time metrics to maintain healthy call center production and being proactive when signs of poor health occur.
- Promptly answering inbound support emails and responding to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicating with the blithequark Operations and Product departments, and BPO leads when solving issues related to the ordering platform or agent staffing; escalating to blithequark Account Management and Leadership as needed.
- Supporting the onboarding of new customers by creating accounts in blithequark's database, verifying telephony setup, and answering questions.
- Helping maintain blithequark's knowledge base for customers and assisting in the creation of new SOP's.
- Tracking and documenting all happenings in HubSpot, following up on open tickets from earlier in the day/week.
- Contacting Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery.
What Sets You Up for Success
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a data-heavy, technical-product-focused customer support/success role. True call center experience would be a significant plus.
- Flexible/open availability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Metrics-savvy & Proactive: experience monitoring metrics real-time and making decisions based on data to protect business stability and efficiency.
- Accountable & Independent: you're self-directed, take pride in your work, and are invested in your own professional growth, as well as the growth of blithequark.
- Tech savvy: you're computer-savvy, with CRM/ticketing system experience preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a remote environment, with a proven track record of success in a part-time or flexible role.
- Knowledge of blithequark's products and services, or similar technologies.
- Certifications or training in customer success, customer support, or related fields.
