We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative Associate | Flex to join our team. **About the Role:**
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative Associate | Flex, you'll work exclusively Monday-Friday, with no evenings or weekends. You'll be responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses to telephone inquiries from both customers and financial professionals. You'll be trained on our products in a structured and active inbound contact-center environment, where you'll answer inquiries on product features, understand product performance, and educate callers on the self-service features of our website.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming calls from customers or financial professionals who need assistance on our procedures
* Build relationships by listening, paraphrasing, and problem-solving
* Provide clear information and manage a diverse clientele
* Emphasize attendance and punctuality, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* Support basic careerzynith website registration and navigation
* Research required information using available resources
* Follow up with customers or financial professionals to ensure their needs are met
* Respond to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
**What You Bring:**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Aim to exceed standard call center metrics while providing excellent customer service
* Computer proficiency skills, with a focus on process and customer relationships
* Ability to work shift-times between 7am-6pm
* For 100% remote and hybrid roles: Appropriate internet speed in order to be effective at home of 50 mbps or higher of download speed
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Competitive salary range: $43,000 - $47,000
* Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location
