Job Overview
As a part-time Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of packages to our customers. You will be responsible for handling phone calls, researching and resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. Key Responsibilities
- Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, and researching and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery
- Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system
- Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
- Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
- Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills of 30 wpm (including 10 key)
- The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution
- A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
