**Key Responsibilities and Job Elements**
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that our customer expectations are met. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce**: You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and motivate your team, ensuring that they're equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* **Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises**: You'll work closely with our support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and to the right location.
* **Collaborate with all support teams**: You'll work closely with our Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources teams to develop plans that meet business objectives.
* **Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach**: You'll be required to lift and move packages and equipment as needed.
* **Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts**: You'll be on your feet for extended periods, ensuring that you're able to move around the warehouse and interact with your team.
* **Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud**: You'll be working in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels, so you'll need to be able to focus and communicate effectively.
* **Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather**: You'll be working in a warehouse environment that's subject to temperature fluctuations and weather conditions, so you'll need to be able to adapt to changing conditions.

Our fulfillment network is constantly evolving, with new Operations sites launching every year. This provides a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, as you'll be able to take on new challenges and responsibilities as our business grows.
