**Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including processing orders, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving client complaints in a timely manner.
* Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
* Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
* Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, customers, and healthcare professionals.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
* Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong preference for LTC pharmacy experience.
* Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge.
* Great telephone etiquette and communication skills.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a remote or virtual environment.
* Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software systems.
* Knowledge of pharmacy software systems and automation.
