**Key Responsibilities:**
As a part-time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Customer Service:**
+ Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service via phone, email, or in-person.
+ Clarify orders, verify patient information, and ensure accurate processing of prescriptions.
+ Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers, address concerns, and provide solutions.
* **Pharmacy Operations:**
+ Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including data entry, order processing, and inventory management.
+ Triage incoming faxes, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in accordance with cutoff times.
+ Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient order processing, accurate medication dispensing, and exceptional patient care.
* **Administrative Tasks:**
+ Maintain accurate records, update patient information, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives, provide feedback, and contribute to process enhancements.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Licensure and Certification:**
+ Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
* **Experience:**
+ Previous experience in pharmacy, with a focus on customer service and communication.
+ LTC pharmacy experience a plus, but not required.
* **Skills and Competencies:**
+ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
+ Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in data entry software and electronic medical records (EMRs).
+ Excellent telephone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Familiarity with frameworks and ECM knowledge a plus.
