**Responsibilities:**
As a part-time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Customer Service:**
+ Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
+ Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient way.
+ Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
* **Pharmacy Operations:**
+ Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including data entry, order processing, and other administrative tasks.
+ Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
+ Clarify orders as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* **Communication:**
+ Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
+ Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **Licensure and Certification:**
+ Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
* **Experience:**
+ Previous experience in pharmacy, preferably in a long-term care (LTC) setting.
+ Moderate to advanced computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills essential for success in this role.
* **Skills and Competencies:**
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
+ Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus, but not required.
