As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries
* Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
* Clarifying orders as needed
* Providing excellent customer service and support to patients and healthcare professionals
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
* Collaborating with the Data Entry Manager to ensure seamless communication and workflow
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
* Previous experience in pharmacy, with LTC pharmacy experience preferred
* Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge
* Great telephone etiquette and communication skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
