**Responsibilities:**
As a Part-Time Evening Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and effective manner
* Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Documenting customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries and complaints as well as actions taken
* Working closely with other team members to meet customer service goals
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Proven customer support experience
* Strong phone handling and active listening skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
