About the Role
The Part-time Data Entry Specialist position is a remote opportunity that offers a competitive hourly pay rate and the potential for career advancement. Key Responsibilities
- Enter data into internal and external systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Input and load client employee payroll information and personal employee information in a timely and accurate manner
- Update client and company level information, including delivery addresses and contact information, to maintain accurate account information
- Input State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to ensure integrity of client taxes
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve data management goals and objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in data entry and a keen eye for detail. The following qualifications are required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more)
- Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
