You'll work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our records, files, and reservations. If you're a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems * Transmit information or documents using a computer * Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print) * Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests * Verify information in documents or on computer screens, including text, printed forms, and lists for accuracy and completeness * Operate standard office equipment other than computers, such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals * Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Familiarity with computer systems and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a hospitality or customer service environment * Knowledge of point of sale systems and software applications * Familiarity with data entry software and systems (e.g., Excel, Access) * Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service * Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Familiarity with computer systems and software applications * Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our associates grow and develop their careers. Washington applicants will accrue 0.03334 PTO balance for every hour worked and are eligible to receive a minimum of 7 holidays annually.
