As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the success of our organization. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, your primary responsibilities will include: * Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers * Entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and efficiently to meet client turnaround times * Navigating efficiently and effectively through the imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry * Differentiating between different claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines * Accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling * Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times * Supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements * Performing quality review of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines * Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed * Alerting management of potential issues upon identification of discrepancies * Providing recommendations on process improvements to increase efficiencies as appropriate **Essential Qualifications:** To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * 6 months or more years of experience in data entry or typing-focused role * Strong data entry/typing skills * Excellent attention to detail * High degree of accuracy **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous experience in a healthcare-related field * Familiarity with imaging software and data entry systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Skills and Competencies:** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong data entry/typing skills (8,200 KSPH with a 98% Accuracy Rate) * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively with other team members * Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As a member of the careerzynith team, you will have access to a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: * Opportunities for professional development and advancement * Access to training and development programs * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Competitive compensation and benefits package **Work Environment and Company Culture:** careerzynith is committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and collaborative.
