**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional technical support and customer service to CatGenie customers via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers with orders, repairs, returns, and other inquiries
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our CRM system
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices
* Working collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role
* Previous experience working with customers in a remote or home-based setting
* Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in data entry and navigation of different software systems
* Punctuality and great attendance
* Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in product troubleshooting and technical support
* Previous experience working with customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
