You'll work closely with our clients to set up and maintain the perfect environment for serving our iconic beverages. Your technical expertise, combined with your exceptional customer service skills, will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards * Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment * Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition * Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs * Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative in all interactions * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate * Valid driver's license * Technical aptitude to repair machines * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service) * Previous experience in customer support or technical services * Familiarity with soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems * Certification in customer service or technical repair **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Technical expertise in mechanical repair and maintenance * Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences * Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
