As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our passengers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our airport stations. * Handle various tasks, including checking in passengers, processing baggage, and resolving issues related to flight delays or cancellations. * Operate a modern retail location system, handling transactions, and processing payments. * Manage cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets. * Balance daily transactions, handle overages or shortages, and maintain accurate records. * Inspect baggage and freight, answering phone calls to provide information to guests, paging clients, resolving issues, or assisting on a case-by-case basis. * Manage misused clients due to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, resolving issues quickly and within established company guidelines. * Provide current and accurate information on fares, schedules, reservations, flight departures/arrivals, and answer general inquiries from passengers and other airport guests. * Complete forms and reports as required by the company. * Write anomaly and complaint reports as needed. * Perform other work duties as directed by Supervisors. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in any field. * Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job. * Willingness to learn and understand tagging procedures, rules, and regulations. * Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances. * Ability to complete the Customer Support Specialist training program with an 80% or higher average and pass the assessment period. * Familiarity with hazardous situations and ability to handle crises on a case-by-case basis. * Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve fast turnaround of aircraft. * Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance, understanding the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Schedule. * Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space. * Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in-person, and on public address systems. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Ability to communicate information and guidelines verbally or through radio equipment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in customer service or a related field. * Familiarity with airline operations and procedures. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Bilingual or multilingual skills. **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $27/hour. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. * Comprehensive training program to ensure your success as a Customer Support Specialist. * Collaborative and supportive team environment. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within arenaflex. * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
