About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a customer-facing representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of financial services products and services.
