About the Role
We are seeking an experienced part-time customer support representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality products and services to our customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality products and services to our customers, including planning special trips or lifestyles and helping them with all their daily needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Continuously improve our processes and procedures to ensure that we are delivering the best possible service to our customers.
- Respond to urgent account requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Enter accurate and complete information into our systems, as necessary.
- Follow all rules and regulations related to services and practices.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
- Degree from a high school or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role at a leading global service company.
- Knowledge of industry-leading customer service software and systems.
- Ability to work in a metric-driven environment with a focus on quality and productivity.
