As a part-time customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, building relationships with our customers every day. What You'll Do Every Day as a Customer Support Representative
As a customer support representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending SBS products and services that meet their needs.
- Continuously improving our processes and procedures to ensure that we're delivering the best possible experience for our customers.
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, including resolving issues and escalating complex problems to senior colleagues.
- Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, including customer data and transaction records.
- Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices, including adhering to our company's code of conduct and ethics.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities, including handling high volumes of customer inquiries.
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, including empathy, active listening, and problem-solving.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Knowledge of our products and services, including SBS products and services.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools.
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish.
