**Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound calls efficiently and professionally, providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns following company guidelines, demonstrating empathy and understanding while maintaining a professional demeanor
* Multitasking across multiple applications in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet productivity goals
* Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with customers, colleagues, and management
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A desktop or laptop with Windows 11 or higher (no Chromebooks or MacBooks)
* A friendly, social personality with excellent communication skills
* Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous call center experience (preferred, but not required)
**Compensation & Benefits**

**Schedule**
Our Part-Time Customer Service Representative role requires a flexible schedule, with the following hours:
* Monday-Friday: 4pm-6pm
* Saturdays: 8am-8pm
* Weekends and holidays are required, with occasional overtime as needed
