**Key Responsibilities**
As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Interacting with customers in a kind and useful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty
* Anticipating customer needs and maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when resolving issues
* Working with a safety mentality to ensure the highest standards are met
* Navigating challenges with composure and adaptability, while maintaining a positive attitude

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Minimum of 18 years old
* Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well as lift and handle baggage
* Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
* Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
* Ability to meet our attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards
