**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Debit Card Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our debit card customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative - Debit Card Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing large volumes of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
* Following established communication scripts to handle various customer topics
* Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
* Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle customer calls
* Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services when they arise
* Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
* Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions
* Cross-training as requested to expand your skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous customer service or customer support experience (1 year minimum)
* Previous call center or office background experience (1 year minimum)
* Basic computer skills, including typing and navigation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening
* Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately
* Must be 18 years of age
* A background check will be required, in accordance with state and federal laws

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or office environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
