As a part-time customer service representative, you'll be an integral part of this team, working from the comfort of your own home and enjoying a range of benefits and perks. **Job Description** As a blended agent, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients, following a guided process and logging each interaction in our Frontline Connection CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. You'll gather and verify customer information, document interactions, and work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients * Follow a guided process and log each interaction in our Frontline Connection CRM system * Gather and verify customer information and document interactions * Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues * Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications:** * 1+ year of customer service experience * Experience in a high call volume environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations * Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask * Ability to navigate multiple systems with your computer * Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous call center experience * Previous experience working remotely * Basic technical support experience **Job Requirements:** * Must be available to train on weekdays * Training takes place during daytime hours, approximately 6 am-4:30 pm (PST) * Must have open availability 24/7 to work shifts inside our company's hours of operation * Attendance is vital * A quiet place to work at home with a locked door, free from distractions and background noise **Tech Requirements:** * Desktop Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks) * Processor: Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation)/AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation) * 8GB RAM as a floor, 16GB RAM preferred * Dual monitor * High-quality USB headset * Hardwired internet connection at all times * Minimum internet speeds: 20Mbps download, 10Mbps upload, less than 20ms ping stability * No Spectrum **Pay and Benefits:** * Pay rate: $13.00-$15.00 hourly, depending on experience * PT sick time eligible after 6 months of employment * Paid time off and 401(k) with company match eligible after 1 year of employment * Perfect attendance quarterly bonus * arenaflex is a W-4 employer, we do not hire independent contractors **Why Join arenaflex?** * Work from the comfort of your own home with a range of benefits and perks * Be part of a dynamic and innovative team, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences * Enjoy ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge * Participate in our perfect attendance quarterly bonus program * Take advantage of our paid time off and 401(k) with company match program **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for technology, we want to hear from you!
