**Key Responsibilities**
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Clearly explain contract details and provide accurate information to customers.
• Manage existing customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage in interactive and communicative interactions with management and coworkers, utilizing camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.
