As a remote employee, you'll be part of a global community that values flexibility, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and effective. * Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. * Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality. **Schedule** Our part-time schedule is designed to fit around your life, with flexible hours that accommodate your needs.
