Our robust product, Thrive, is designed to help retailers navigate the complexities of inventory management and reporting. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers and prospective customers navigate our system via live chat, email, phone, and video calls.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a part-time Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service via live chat, email, phone, and video calls
* Assisting customers with billing questions, semi-technical questions, setup questions, and more
* Troubleshooting complex issues and finding creative solutions
* Managing time effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines
* Collaborating with the Thrive Customer Care Team to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or tech-related industry
* Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to express complex subjects in a simple way
* A strong understanding of retail and business operations, including inventory management and reporting
* Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex issues
* Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
* Spanish speaking skills
* Experience in tech startups or customer-facing roles
* Chat or phone-based customer service experience
* Retail or restaurant experience
