**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. * Maintain high customer satisfaction standards through excellent service and communication

* Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track progress
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**
* Highly tuned and professional communication skills for voice, email, and chat
* Active listening skills and ability to communicate updates and solutions
* Energetic, positive, and fresh approach to customer inquiries and requests

* Experience with CRM tools preferred
* Residential real estate sales experience preferred
* Associates degree preferred
