**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chat support, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery experience
* Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any discrepancies
* Collaborating with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, addressing concerns, and escalating issues as necessary

**Requirements:**
To succeed as a Customer Care Associate, you'll need:
* The ability to multitask on a computer while on phone calls, using multiple applications and software
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on empathy and problem-solving
* Strong attention to detail, data entry, and typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
* Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check
* Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
